Professor Jordan Paust

Jordan J. Paust is the Mike and Teresa Baker Law Center Professor of International Law at the University of Houston Law Center. Professor Paust is one of the most widely cited law professors in the United States, having published over 190 articles, book chapters, papers and essays. He is ranked among the top 2 percent in Leiter’s studies for 2000–2007 and 2005–2009 and has had two of his articles cited by the U.S. Supreme Court. In addition to his role as an expert on international law, he has served as the Journal’s faculty advisor since its inception in 1978. // jpaust@central.uh.edu

Professor Emeritus Stephen Zamora

Professor Zamora joined the University of Houston Law Center faculty in 1978, and served as the Law Center’s Dean from 1995 to 2000. In addition to serving as an advisor to the Journal, Professor Zamora directs the Center for U.S. and Mexican Law, and also serves as Director of the North American Consortium on Legal Education. An expert on NAFTA, in 1996, Professor Zamora served as a member of a dispute resolution panel that decided the first government-to-government dispute under NAFTA. // szamora@central.uh.edu
