Congratulations to all Editors of Board 33 for completing their writing requirement. The quality of the papers for Board 33 members reflects the individual members' effort and hard work and promotes the Houston Journal of International Law as a whole. In addition, that effort ensures the school will continue to allow members to satisfy their writing requirement through the Journal.
